Eligibility and Academic Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. Degree (Four years): Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination, i.e. (10+2) of the Indian System or its equivalent (completed 12 years of school education). Candidates must have studied in English medium or possess proficiency in English language and obtained a pass in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for admission to all programmes.
For MBA, a Pass in any Degree from a recognized University with knowledge of English being compulsory
For B. Arch. Degree (Five years): Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination, i.e. (10+2) of Indian System or its equivalent (completed 12 years of school education). Candidates must have studied in the English medium or have proficiency in English language and obtained a pass in the qualifying examination with minimum of 50 % of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
A Pass in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is essential.
